As we wrap up 2025, we pause with grateful hearts. Planting Change: Farmers • Food • Community became more than an idea this year. It became action. At Chemical Dynamics, we believe that matters. Agriculture is bigger than business. It’s families, fields, food on the table, and the people who keep it all moving.
For us, Planting Change was a way of showing up. Not for attention, but for impact. Most importantly, for our hometown.

A Partnership We’re Proud Of: United Food Bank of Plant City
At the center of our 2025 efforts was the United Food Bank of Plant City. Their mission is steady and strong, serving local families with dignity and care.
Because of that, we focused our energy there. Donations were raised. Support was delivered. Volunteer moments made a difference. With each drive, we were reminded that community is not just a word. It’s work.
Our Business Partners Showed Up, Too
Just as meaningful, our business partners stepped in alongside us. That changed everything, because Planting Change was never meant to be carried alone.
Across the year, partners donated and encouraged others to join in. Many teams rallied inside their own workplaces. Local businesses helped spread the word. As a result, the impact grew. Even better, it felt like what agriculture has always been: people helping people.

What 2025 Taught Us
